Conformètre is an automated Bill 96 (Charter of the French Language) website compliance service, operated through conformetre.ca. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• The website address (URL) you submit for analysis, and the public content of that site accessed during the scan.
• Your email address, only if you provide it to receive the full report, with your consent.
• Aggregate, technical usage data (privacy-friendly analytics, with no tracking cookies).

How we use it

We use this information to perform the requested scan, deliver your report, and improve the service. If you consent (in line with CASL), we may send you compliance tips by email; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Retention

Scanned content is kept for at most 90 days, then deleted. Your email address is kept until you ask us to remove it.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We rely on service providers (for example, hosting and email delivery) who are required to protect it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected].
